Meet your Massage Therapist

Ruby has been exploring the world of massage for 3 years and has fine tuned her style of massage. It is a blend of nervous-system-calming Swedish Massage with Thai Stretching and a to DIE FOR Scalp and Face Massage.

If you are looking for a massage that won’t make you sore the next day while still providing relief from tension and stress, you are in the right place! Her main focus is relaxation while still being specific in her technique.

If you have ever felt “beat up” or are trying to breathe through the pain of your previous massages, this will not happen at Massage By Ruby. We do not believe in “No Pain No Gain”. Pain is your body communicating the pressure is too much. Your body’s natural defense is tensing up, and the massage will not be affective if that is happening.

If you have ever felt rushed, not completely cared for and left wondering if your therapist heard your concerns, this will not happen at Massage By Ruby.

If you are looking for an attentive, pleasant massage experience you will find this at Massage By Ruby.

More About Ruby…

Ruby is an Arizona native from Tucson. She moved to California in 2016 and has been planting her roots ever since in Ventura, CA.

Her hobbies include taking care of house plants, traveling and hiking National Parks, watching reality TV, thrift shopping, and jewelry making.

Her favorite part of being a massage therapist is hearing you snore on the table… lol! Her real favorite part of her job is helping you feel better in your body, and reconnecting your mind with your body.

As a small business owner it is her goal to create a welcoming experience, one where you are heard. She believes there are too many other spaces in the world that sweep concerns under the rug, and this studio is not one of them.
