If it is your first session we do require it to be booked online. If you are having any trouble with the website please reach out!

When you arrive, please park on the street (Ash St.) and enter through the middle lobby door.

The door will be unlocked 5 minutes before your session time. You may take a seat or can use the restroom down the right side hallway and to the left.

We will then take you back so you can start relaxing! If you would like to see more of the inside of our building check out Our Space.

Your session is customized for your specific needs, goals and preferences. We will be checking in during your session regarding pressure, temperature, and focus areas to ensure your comfort.

After your massage you may feel relaxed, spacey or slight lightheadedness. This is normal, we often call it "massage brain"! So please take your time getting off the table.

Any aftercare or professional recommendations will be given verbally or written down for you.

Staying hydrated, resting and engaging in nourishing activities post massage is encouraged for optimal massage benefits.

To prepare for your session we recommend arriving to your session with a clean body, wearing comfy clothes.

We also recommend hydrating! Hydrated muscles are easier to manipulate and make for a better massage experience. Dehydrated muscles may take more pressure to relax and can result in more next-day soreness.

Hydrating after your session allows your lymphatic system to flush out anything released during the massage and supports muscle recovery.

We accept cash, Zelle, Credit/Debit cards and tap pay.

Yes! We offer gift certificates that are available online here for purchase and can be printed out at home.

To book your very first session with us, check out the booking site and book your appointment. You will receive a text/email once your appointment has been accepted.

You will be sent a digital intake form to your email or phone number. All intake forms must be filled out prior to your appointment.

You will be sent a reminder text & confirmation request 48 hours before your session.

Then you're all set! We can't wait to have your on our table.

We require 24 hours notice to avoid our late-cancellation fee, which is 50% of your scheduled service.

Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings, and children’s illnesses are valid reasons to cancel a massage appointment. However, we ask that you let us know if you cannot keep your appointment.

Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our time and income. Less than 24 hours' notice can make it difficult to fill last-minute slots on our schedule. You can notify us about your reschedule by calling, texting or responding to the automated texts from square.

Failure to give 24 hours' notice will result in a charge to your card on file or gift certificate. If you do not have a card on file, we will send you an invoice that you must pay before scheduling another appointment.

No-shows will not be tolerated and will result in a full charge of your scheduled service. Additionally you will not be able to make any future appointments with Massage By Ruby.

We ask that all clients arrive on time. All massages are set on a certain time schedule, late arrivals will not be guaranteed an extension of their time.
